How do I Search Year Levels in Global Settings?

ADMIN ONLY

On the dashboard, click your Profile icon → select Global Settings from the dropdown menu.

1. Click on the Year Levels tab.

2. Use the Search bar to locate a specific year level.

3. The table includes:

   • Year Code

   • Year Description

   • Campus External ID (if applicable)

This view provides admins with a comprehensive data snapshot of available year levels directly from the Student Information System.
