Global Settings is an admin-level privilege in Paperly that allows users to configure and manage key data across the platform.
It provides access to:
Assigning and managing permissions.
Updating the theme for the Paperly app.
Accessing detailed information tabs such as Staff, Students, Parents, Year Levels, Classes, Medical Conditions, Qualification Levels, and more.
Each tab contains data that is used throughout Paperly. For example, student and parent information displayed in the Details Module, as well as lists of students and teachers within the school. This data is sourced from the Student Information System and automatically synchronised into Paperly.
How do I access Global Settings?
On the Dashboard, click on your Profile icon (top right corner).
A dropdown menu will appear.
Select Global Settings.
This will open the Global Settings module, where you can view and manage a range of administrative configuration options.
