What fields do I have control over within the Risk Columns tab?

Paperly comes preloaded with a set of standard risk fields. These fields cannot be deleted or have their field type changed.

  • Excursion TypeMultiple Select Dropdown

  • Activity TypeMultiple Select Dropdown

  • Risk CategoryMultiple Select Dropdown

  • DescriptionTextarea

  • Risk MitigationTextarea

  • Risk OwnerMultiple Select Dropdown

  • Risk ProximityDropdown

  • Initial Risk LikelihoodDropdown

  • Initial Risk ImpactDropdown

  • Initial Risk RatingDropdown

  • Residual Risk LikelihoodDropdown

  • Residual Risk ImpactDropdown

  • Residual Risk RatingDropdown

Admin users have limited control over most of these fields. You can configure whether a field is:

  • Required when adding a risk to the Risk Register

  • Required when submitting an excursion for Final Approval

  • Visible within the Excursion Risk Assessment tab

The exceptions are:

  • Excursion Type

  • Activity Type

These two fields have no configuration options and are fixed within the system.
