Open the Excursions module via the side navigation panel.
Navigate to Settings → Checklists.
Click Add Checklist Item.
Select an Excursion Type from the dropdown (e.g. Event, Excursion, Incursion, Interstate Excursion, Overseas Excursion).
Enter a checklist item name (e.g. “Organise first aid kit”).
Click Save.
The new checklist item will appear in the Checklists table under Settings.
Use the green pencil icon to edit a checklist item.
Use the red bin icon to delete a checklist item.
