Can you adjust what columns are visible or required in an excursion risk assessment?

Yes, the requirement to complete prior to submission and visibility of risk assessment columns can be adjusted in the Excursions module.


Adjust Risk Columns

  1. Navigate to Settings → Risk Columns.

  2. Locate the risk column you want to edit in the table.

  3. Click the edit icon under the Action column.

  4. In the edit window, update the toggles as required:

    • Required – toggle On to make the field mandatory.

    • Required for Final Submission – toggle On to enforce completion before submission.

    • Show in Excursion – toggle On to display the column in the risk assessments table.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Yes will be displayed in the risk columns dashboard for each adjusted column.


Note: Adjustments to risk assessment settings will only apply to new excursions.
