Configuring Risk Ratings

You can configure Risk Ratings within the Excursions module.

Open the Excursions module via the side navigation panel.

Go to Risk Settings → Risk Ratings.

Add a Risk Rating

1. Click Add Risk Rating.

2. Assign a Code.

3. Enter the Name of the rating.

4. Enter a Description that explains the rating level.

5. Assign a Colour using the colour picker tool.

6. Click Save.

Edit a Risk Rating

• In the Action column, click the green pencil icon.

• Update the code, name, description, or colour.

• Click Save.

Delete a Risk Rating

• In the Action column, click the red delete icon.

⚠️ Important
Any changes to risk ratings will apply across all excursions in the system.
