How do I configure the risk matrix?

Open the Excursions module from the side navigation panel.

Go to Risk Settings → Risk Ratings.

Edit the Rating Matrix

1. The rating matrix is displayed on this page.

2. Click on the Impact / Likelihood cell you want to update.

3. Select a new Rating level from the dropdown.

4. Click Save to apply the changes.

⚠️ Important
Any updates to the matrix will immediately apply across all excursions.
