Navigate to Settings → Approval Workflows.
In the workflow table, click the green Edit icon next to the workflow you want to update.
Make your changes (e.g. update steps, approvers, or notifications).
Click Save.
What does editing a workflow mean?
Each excursion is locked to the workflow version that was active when it was created.
If you edit a workflow, the changes will not affect existing excursions.
The updates only apply to new excursions created after the edit.
This ensures past excursions remain consistent with the approval process that was in place at the time.
