Once an excursion has been approved, a new tab becomes available: Notifications.
Key Notes
The Notifications tab is only visible if students have been added to the excursion.
From this tab, staff can send permission request emails to parents/guardians linked to each student.
Steps to Send Consent Emails
Open the Notifications tab.
Choose one of the following options:
Send All Welcome Email – sends a notification email to all parents/guardians of students added to the excursion.
Select Students Individually – click on a student row to send the email only to selected contacts.
After sending, the system records and displays which contacts have received the notification.
